Find your people

Even if you have a treatment team, there are times that you feel alone. Your next appointment, or a meetup with a friend, is days away, but you need somewhere to go NOW.  We want to be there for you whenever you need support.

Nice to meet you!

Hello, my friend! My name is Tina Muir, and while I am the founder of Running For Real and a former professional runner, I may be best known as "the girl who didn't have a period for nine years."

My story went viral in 2017, as I was the first athlete to publicly draw attention to not having a period. While I now know that amenorrhea is just one part of RED-S, helping people recover and get their lives back is a forever passion of mine, which is why we created this resource. I KNOW how hard it is, and this is what I wish I had during those nine years.

Take my hand, let's go
